Dr Herbert Mapfaira is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for BA (Hons) Business Studies at the Department of Management, Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln. He teaches modules in operations management, innovation management, design thinking and project management on both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
